So this is our first (official) blog post...
And it's a review!
Maybelline mascara's are all the hype at the moment so I thought I'd better get my hands on one.
I firstly tried out Maybelline the falsies flared , and I have to say I wasn't that big of a fan. I found all it did was make my eyelashes black. No volume ,no length no nothing.
But shortly after, I watched a YouTube video and it said that if you find that no mascaras work for you try buying it in waterproof because it could just be that your eyelashes are not naturally curled. So I got the falsies flared in waterproof instead, and oh my goodness what a difference it makes!!
My eyelashes tend to just grow straight so it looks like I don't have any lashes.. but by using the water proof it holds the curl in place until you take it off. This is because the waterproof version doesn't contain any water (you would never guess haha )
It's like curling your hair and then putting water on ,the curls they drop instantly, its the same with mascara and eyelashes.
I absolutely love this mascara!
The wand is really good it has lots of thick bristles which makes it easy to coat each and every lash. And is curved which is always handy because it makes it easy to do the bottom lashes.
The only negative thing about this mascara is that it really is NOT waterproof!, so on that front it is a bit rubbish.
But overall I love this mascara, I give it a ten out of ten!
(and would highly recommend it with people who have hard to curl lashes.)
